Hey there, it's Sharni Knighton, and I'm on a mission to make a difference in the lives of women experiencing hair loss. With 25 years in the hair industry under my belt, I've seen it all, and I'm here to tell you that there's hope and empowerment on the other side.

As the founder of IntelliMESH™ and the proud owner of a successful hair loss and wig clinic, my journey has been one of passion and purpose. But even with a thriving business, I felt a tug at my heartstrings – a desire to reach even more women, to help them reclaim their confidence and their sense of self.

Picture this: women finally gathering the courage to step into a salon, only to feel taken advantage of and pressured into decisions they're not ready for. I've witnessed it, tears streaming down their faces, with bleeding scalps and shattered trust. It's heart-wrenching.

In a time when everything feels out of control, the last thing anyone should experience is being blindsided into a decision they'll regret. That's why I've made it my mission to give them back control, to offer education and options.

That's when I realized that my calling went beyond just running a clinic. I saw women coming to me after being let down by the industry, and stylists reaching out for guidance and mentorship. I knew I had to do something more.

And so, Sharni K Coaching Ltd was born. But coaching alone wasn't enough. I wanted to create a lasting impact, something that would ripple through the industry and bring about real change. And thus, the Sharni Knighton Academy came to life.

Together, we're raising industry standards through education and community.
