Why does hair matter so much ?

When it comes to a woman's confidence, her hair is often an integral part of her identity. Hair can be a powerful statement of who we are and what we stand for, and it's often the first thing people notice when they look at us. Not only can hair be a representation of our personal style, but it can also be a reflection of our mood, self-esteem, and overall attitude. Unfortunately, hair or the loss of it can also let the world know if you are not well and

For many women this identity is one they don't want to have.

Women want their hair to be creative and express their styles and taste. It can be a way to feel attractive, confident, and empowered. Whetherit'ss a sleek bob, a wild curly mane or a short shaved crew cut, hair can be a way to make a statement. However, hair can also be a source of insecurity for some women. From hair loss due to medical conditions to the dreaded “bad"hair day”, h"ir can be a source of distress and anxiety.

The women I meet in my clinic usually express a sense of loss when experiencing hair loss and It always seems to feel like a loss of control for them as well. I think choosing to shave your hair and embrace that style feels very different to loosing hair during chemotherapy both have the same end result one is in the client is in control and the other she isn't.

Mesh integration is a great solution for clients who are experiencing hair loss and hair thinning, it gives them a sense of control back and the regain a sense of identity again.

We all know that if you are not happy with your hair it can lead to a lack of confidence in social situations. No matter how you wear your hair; it should always be a source of pride and empowerment. Whether you choose to express yourself with a short edgy cut or a long flowing mane, it should always be a reflection of who you are and what you stand for. Hair is a representation of our identity, and it should be a source of pride, not insecurity.
